The MyCoach Pro application serves as the primary communication channel for athletes and team staff utilizing the MyCoach Pro platform, establishing a seamless connection between both parties.

There are two main types of access available:

1. ATHLETES ACCESS:

   The application enables athletes to complete wellness questionnaires based on the scientifically recognized RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) method. The data collected is promptly displayed on the staff platform, enabling staff members to monitor players' progress and adjust workloads to enhance performance. Athletes can also view their calendars, upcoming training sessions, and scheduled appointments through the application. To ensure continuous connectivity, instant messaging features are integrated into the app, facilitating communication between athletes and staff within MyCoach Pro. Access to this application can be tailored for individual players or set up collectively for the entire team according to the preferences of the coaching staff.

2. STAFF ACCESS:

   In addition to managing athlete interactions, staff members can leverage the MyCoach Pro application to access specific functions of the web platform. This includes reviewing questionnaire responses, planning training sessions, analyzing match and training statistics, and utilizing instant messaging capabilities. The MyCoach Pro application serves as a valuable supplementary tool to the web platform, providing a comprehensive solution for team management.
